DSC performed inspections and sampling for asbestos containing materials (ACM) at various residential and commercial properties throughout the state of Colorado.

 

Investigation of Asbestos Contaminated Soil

Lowry Redevelopment Authority, Denver, Colorado

 

During the summer of 2006, DSC collected over 6,000 soil samples for suspect asbestos contaminated materials (ACM) at the Northwest Neighborhood, part of the former Lowry Air-Force Base.  DSC performed surface soil inspections and sampled soil to 8-feet in depth using both auger drilling and direct-push technology (DPT).  Continuous core were logged using DPT to investigate potential ACM as well as other debris / contamination at the site.

 

Clearance Air Monitoring for Asbestos Abatement Activities

DSC performed project management including clearance air monitoring during asbestos abatement activities for the multi-million dollar renovation of Manor Vail, in Vail, CO.
